Their bread is supplied to restaurants and hotels worldwide, preserving the traditional French taste. To ensure that everyone can experience authentic French flavors, the bakery uses an ancient stone-baking technique to bake its products. This method dates back centuries when bakers used stone ovens to make bread. The modern stone-baking technique operates on the same principle. The dough is placed on a stone baking tray, which is then put into the oven. The stone tray absorbs and transfers heat, allowing the bread to bake evenly, resulting in a crispy crust and soft, fragrant interior.
