• Except special circumstances, we provide delivery service within 1-3 days from Monday to Saturday. 除特殊情況下，所有訂單我們將在1-3天內提供送貨服務，並安排於星期一至六送貨。 

• We will send an Order Confirmation to email and Whatsapp provided by customers after payment and finishing order during office hours. For customers choosing delivery, your order confirmation will have the information of date and time of delivery and tracking number. For customers choosing pick-up at store, please reply us with your pick-up date and time before visiting our store. Please show your Order Confirmation on pick-up. 完成付款及送出訂單後我們將會儘快於辦公時間內發送訂單確認通知到客人提供的電子郵件和Whatsapp。選擇寄送貨品的客人通知上會註明到貨日期，而選擇到店取貨的客人則可於收到訂單確認通知後回覆上門取貨日期及時間，以便我們提前準備貨品，並請於取貨時出示訂單確認通知。

• Orders less than HKD 600 will be applied with a delivery charge of HKD 70. Orders more than HKD 600 can enjoy free delivery service. (*Ma Wan, South Lantau and areas with limited access are excluded for delivery. Please contact us regarding the details before ordering) 少於HKD 600的訂單需支付HKD 70的配送費，滿HKD 600的訂單則可享免費送貨。 （*送貨地區不包括馬灣、大嶼山南部及進出受限地區，如有需要另行面議，落單前請先以WhatsApp聯絡）

• Pickup your order at our office enjoys no limit on order amount. 到店取貨的客人無最低訂購金額。

• Delivery time may be affected by different reasons and exceptional situations that we do not have control over. Therefore, we are not responsible for any delay or consequences under these circumstances. 送貨時間或被不同因素或特殊情況影響（例如惡劣天氣條件、罷工行動、車輛故障、交通擁堵，駕駛員無法控制的其他情況等），對此我們不承擔因此造成的任何不便或損失。

• We are not able to request a specific delivery time. Customers would like to ask for specific delivery time may specify in your order. However, it is not guaranteed. 客人無法要求特定的送貨時間。 如果您要求特定送貨時間，可於訂貨時註明，但我們無法保證能於所要求的特定送貨時間內到送達。
